We’re looking for a talented and creative Pastry Chef to lead the preparation of baked goods. You’ll be responsible for developing and executing a menu of high-quality pastries, desserts, and other baked items.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop, test, and prepare a consistent menu of baked goods.
• Ensure high-quality presentation and taste of all items.
• Manage kitchen prep, baking schedule, and inventory for daily production.
• Maintain food safety and hygiene standards.
• Coordinate with management on menu development and seasonal specials.
• Supervise and train junior kitchen staff.
REQUIREMENTS
• Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or Baker.
• Creativity and a strong eye for detail in presentation.
• Knowledge of classic and modern pastry techniques.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Knowledge of food safety standards.
