What You’ll Do:

  • Supervise and coordinate daily activities of on-site staff.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company standards.
  • Monitor progress and report regularly to management.
  • Allocate tasks and manage workforce effectively.
  • Resolve on-site issues promptly and escalate when needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of attendance, progress, and incidents.
  • Communicate with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
  • Conduct site inspections and quality checks.
  • Mentor and train team members for success.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Diploma or Certificate in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in site supervision or team leadership.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
  • Knowledge of safety standards and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
