We’re Hiring: On-Site Team Leader

Position: On-Site Team Leader
Salary: MVR 10,000 - MVR 12,000

Job Purpose

To lead and supervise on-site teams to ensure smooth execution of projects, adherence to safety standards, and timely completion of tasks. The On-Site Team Leader acts as the primary point of contact between the site team and management, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily activities of on-site staff.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company standards.
Monitor work progress and report to management regularly.
Allocate tasks and manage workforce efficiently.
Resolve on-site issues promptly and escalate when necessary.
Maintain accurate records of attendance, work progress, and incidents.
Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools and equipment.
Conduct site inspections and quality checks.
Assist in training and mentoring team members.

Qualifications & Skills

Diploma or Certificate in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in site supervision or team leadership.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
Knowledge of safety standards and compliance requirements.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
