Job Description

We are seeking a motivated HR professional for our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will assist in various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, employee relations, performance management, coordinating training programs and preparing monthly HR reports.

Requirements

•Secondary School Education, or equivalent educational qualifications with Diploma or equivalent qualifications in Human Resource Management.

•Minimum one year experience in Human Resource Management and equivalent combined experience in Logistics industry would be an added advantage.

•Interpersonal skills, computer literacy, good verbal & written communication skills in English & Dhivehi.
