The “Musketeer-Resorts” will excel at networking with all industry stakeholders, be able to continuously travel to resorts and be self-motivated and self-governed with annual, quarterly, and monthly KPI’s for distribution, visibility, activations and sales volume.You will help manage, oversee, and plan for all sales, awareness, and brand positioning as well as product availability across bars,restaurants, staff tuck-shops, staff cafés and events as main priority across all Tourist Resorts in Maldives, while managingdistribution and supporting national programs.If you are a quick learner, passionate and driven with an entrepreneur mindset and want to work, grow and learn with the leading Energy Drink in the world, then this role is for you.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY:
- The Musketeers represent Red Bull in their area, gaining the customers confidence,securing the availability and visibility of Red Bull at Point Of Sale and being responsible of the continuous volume growth and development of the brand in all sales/distribution points within a Tourist Island Constantly detect business opportunities and trends in the area and build strong network with resort stakeholders, as an entrepreneur for the company and indispensable consultant for your clients.
- Take full responsibility for the sales growth and marketing initiatives in Tourist Resort Islands in Maldives.
- Excellence execution with POSM placement and get creative in making the product &product offer stand out.
- Continuous mentoring, coaching and development of the volume at all accounts within an island.
-Establish ingenious strategies and creative tools to present the perfect pitch for Red Bull.
-As a trusted partner, strengthen and nurture our long-term relationships with established customers, and create new alliances with influencers and industry experts.

Minimum 2-3 years of sales background in FMCG / Resort industry
Able to travel at least 50% or more of the time out of Male’ to other Resort Islands.
Fluency in English language / Dhivehi – both written and spoken
Excellent presentation skills & verbal skills
Active listening skills and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with MS Office / Apple iPhone /Apple iPad usage
