Summary: The Marketing Manager (MM) is the strategic lead for all marketing functions, driving the development and execution of the annual marketing plan, campaigns, and budgets. This role ensures alignment across Brand, Media, Events, and Trade Marketing, and serves as the primary liaison between Marketing and Sales.

Core Responsibilities :

  1. Strategy & Planning: Oversee annual planning, campaign roadmaps, and the marketing calendar.
  2. Budget & Performance: Manage the entire marketing budget and track performance across all campaigns and channels.
  3. Leadership & Approval: Approve all major campaigns, activations, and partnerships.
  4. Cross-Functional Integration: Ensure seamless alignment between all marketing departments and effective integration with the Sales functions, including all Sales Managers
  5. Team Leadership & Development: Directly lead, mentor, and conduct performance reviews for all direct reports, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
  6. Ensure that all direct reports receive structured mentorship and coaching, to foster independent decision-making and talent development
  7. The Marketing Manager has final approval rights over all Trade Marketing materials (POS, copy, visuals) to ensure brand alignment is rigorously met

Core Skills : People Skills/Communication (Crucial): Excellent interpersonal skills for managing a diverse team, and the ability to pitch ideas successfully to partners, leadership, and external stakeholders. Creativity: Proven ability to generate and champion innovative marketing ideas. Strategic Thinking: Capacity to oversee budgets and long-term planning.

Experience : 3–5 years in a specialist or manager role within FMCG, Distribution, or a recognizable International/Local Brand environment. Must have demonstrated experience managing people/teams.

Education : Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Professional certification (e.g. MBA or a similar advanced certification ) is a strong plus.

Salary : Negotiable
