Summary: The Marketing Manager (MM) is the strategic lead for all marketing functions, driving the development and execution of the annual marketing plan, campaigns, and budgets. This role ensures alignment across Brand, Media, Events, and Trade Marketing, and serves as the primary liaison between Marketing and Sales.

Experience : 3–5 years in a specialist or manager role within FMCG, Distribution, or a recognizable International/Local Brand environment. Must have demonstrated experience managing people/teams.
Education : Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Professional certification (e.g. MBA or a similar advanced certification ) is a strong plus.
