What You Will Be Doing
Corporate Marketing & B2B Support
Assist in developing and updating corporate marketing materials including pitch decks, proposals, brochures, catalogues, and presentations.
Support the corporate sales team with marketing requirements for resorts, hotels, guesthouses, offices, and corporate clients.
Prepare content for LinkedIn, email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and other professional communication platforms.
Coordinate marketing activities with hospitality partners, corporate clients, and key accounts.
Support the planning and execution of marketing events, product demonstrations, trade fairs, and business activations.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis, and assist in preparing monthly marketing reports.
Brand Communication & Documentation
Ensure all marketing and corporate materials align with Liquid’s brand guidelines.
Assist in creating and maintaining branded templates, manuals, service guides, and internal documents.
Support internal departments with professionally designed communication materials when required.
Social Media & Digital Communication
Assist in managing Liquid’s digital channels
Support content creation for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
Schedule posts, monitor engagement, and maintain professional communication across digital channels.
Track social media and digital performance metrics and assist in preparing monthly analytics reports.
Content Creation & Partner Coordination
Create digital marketing assets and visual materials for campaigns and promotions.
Develop marketing collateral including flyers, posters, brochures, and promotional materials.
Coordinate with resorts, hotels, and business partners on collaborative marketing campaigns.
Assist with photoshoots, video shoots, and campaign production when required.
Website & Digital Presence
Assist in updating and maintaining website content.
Ensure product information, brand messaging, and marketing communications remain accurate and up to date.
We Are Looking For
Associate degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
1+ years of experience in marketing, communications, social media, or a similar role.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Good organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is an advantage.
Event management and organization experience.
Familiarity with social media management and digital marketing platforms.
Creative mindset with attention to detail and branding consistency.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Bonus Points If You Have
Experience working with hospitality, luxury, retail, or FMCG brands.
Photography, videography, or basic content editing skills.
Experience with website management or email marketing tools.
