Job Description
  • Provide administrative assistance to Director of Operations in securing permits, attending to emails, financial transactions, administrative tasks, etc..
  • Act as a point of contact for vendors, subcontractors and site staff.
  • Arrange meetings with potential clients & assist to onboard new projects.
  • Preparing and Participating in Bids and Tenders.
  • Create, Update & complete SOPs.
  • Ensuring the delivery of high-quality work within project timescales.
  • Prepare work schedule, staff allocation and ensure site works are done as per schedule.
  • Oversee the procurement of equipment and materials.
  • Monitoring of Inventory.
  • Prevent and manage challenges by regularly reviewing timings, budget, labour, risk and project plans to ensure work stays on track
  • Coordinate meeting between logistics and deliverables.


  • Diploma in a construction related or business management field.
  • At least 3 years work experience in a leadership, administrative role in the construction industry.
  • Highly proactive attitude, detail oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Strong resilience and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to keep track of multiple projects.
  • Should be able to read & understand blueprints & related documents.
  • Computer literate & must possess a valid drivers license.

REMUNERATION: 15,000 to 25,000 per month. Negotiable depending on merits.
