Provide administrative assistance to Director of Operations in securing permits, attending to emails, financial transactions, administrative tasks, etc..
Act as a point of contact for vendors, subcontractors and site staff.
Arrange meetings with potential clients & assist to onboard new projects.
Preparing and Participating in Bids and Tenders.
Create, Update & complete SOPs.
Ensuring the delivery of high-quality work within project timescales.
Prepare work schedule, staff allocation and ensure site works are done as per schedule.
Oversee the procurement of equipment and materials.
Monitoring of Inventory.
Prevent and manage challenges by regularly reviewing timings, budget, labour, risk and project plans to ensure work stays on track
Coordinate meeting between logistics and deliverables.
Criteria’s:
Diploma in a construction related or business management field.
At least 3 years work experience in a leadership, administrative role in the construction industry.
Highly proactive attitude, detail oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
Strong resilience and conflict resolution skills.
Ability to keep track of multiple projects.
Should be able to read & understand blueprints & related documents.
Computer literate & must possess a valid drivers license.
REMUNERATION: 15,000 to 25,000 per month. Negotiable depending on merits.
