MANAGER (1) – ACQUIRING & ALLIANCES / CARDS & DIGITAL BANKING

LOCATION: HULHUMALE’

 

Job Scope

The Manager, will be responsible and play a key role in the Bank's Cards and Digital Banking area, focusing on merchant onboarding for both POS and payment gateway solutions. The role involves identifying and onboarding potential merchants, driving the sales team, driving promotions and implementing strategies to increase the bank’s acquiring business to achieve the targets. The Manager will also ensure effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, while maintaining comprehensive reporting to the Head of Acquiring and Alliances.

Requirements

  • Master’s Degree in related field with minimum 02 years of work experience in a similar field OR,
  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field with minimum 03 years of work experience in a similar field.
  • Experience in customer services and sales management will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS office suite of applications.
  • Ability to plan, multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Ability to think strategically and develop sales plans that align with organizational goals.
  • Ability to coordinate projects and delegate responsibility.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to drive performance.
  • Highly driven and self-motivated individuals with good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • High degree of independence and positive attitude towards work commitments.
  • Strong analytical skills, sound professional judgement and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Good command of English (both oral and written communication).
  • Maintain highest level of integrity and independence.
