Administrative Duties:

4. Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

5. Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and presentations.

6. Oversee office organization, file management, and archiving systems.

7. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures for administrative functions.

 

HR Responsibilities:

1. Assist in the recruitment process including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.

2. Maintain employee records, ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date.

3. Assist in onboarding and orientation for new employees.

4. Support employee benefits administration and assist with payroll processing.

5. Address employee inquiries related to HR policies, procedures, and benefits.

6. Coordinate employee training programs and performance evaluation processes.

7. Handle employee grievances and resolve workplace issues in a fair and timely manner.

8. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
