We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accountant to join our team. As a Senior Accountant at Kleventi, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the financial integrity of our business operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles, attention to detail, and the ability to contribute to the overall financial success of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Record Keeping:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable processes.
Budgeting and Forecasting:
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
- Analyze financial data to provide insights for decision-making.
Financial Reporting:
- Generate regular financial reports for management.
- Prepare and present financial statements.
Tax Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with local and national tax regulations.
- Prepare and file tax returns.
Audit Preparation:
- Collaborate with external auditors and prepare audit documentation.
- Implement audit recommendations to improve financial processes.
Cash Flow Management:
- Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure liquidity.
- Conduct cash flow analysis and projections.
Payroll Processing:
- Oversee payroll processes, including deductions and taxes.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with labor regulations.
Financial Analysis:
- Conduct financial analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Provide insights into cost-saving measures and revenue enhancement.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Proven experience as an Accountant, preferably in the luxury goods or retail industry.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and regulations.
Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
