Position: Kitchen Hood Suppression Technician
Salary: USD 350 - USD 450

Job Purpose                                                                          

To ensure the proper installation, inspection, maintenance, and servicing of kitchen hood fire suppression systems in compliance with fire safety standards. The Kitchen Hood Suppression Technician plays a vital role in preventing fire hazards in commercial kitchens and ensuring operational safety.

Key Responsibilities

·        Inspect, maintain, and repair kitchen hood fire suppression systems.

·        Conduct routine checks and preventive maintenance to ensure compliance with fire safety regulations.

·        Test and recharge suppression systems as per manufacturer and safety standards.

·        Respond promptly to system faults or emergencies, providing technical support.

·        Maintain accurate records of inspections, repairs, and maintenance activities.

·        Ensure all suppression systems meet quality and operational standards.

·        Identify and report potential fire hazards in kitchen environments.

·        Prepare reports on maintenance activities and system performance.

Qualifications & Skills

·        Certificate in Fire Safety, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or related field.

·        Minimum 2 years of experience in kitchen hood suppression systems maintenance and cleaning.

·        Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

·        Ability to work under pressure and respond quickly to emergencies.

·        Good communication and teamwork skills.
