Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Key Account Management Executive. In this role, you will assist in managing key client relationships, coordinate with internal departments to meet client needs, and ensure the delivery of exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day interactions with key clients and serve as their primary point of contact.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication and support.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely and effective delivery of services or solutions.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, updates, and relevant account information.
  • Support team initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement in client service processes.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in client service, account management, or a related area.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
