•Manage existing customer base, by connecting through regular sales calls/visits as required
•Provide rates proposals for corporate customers in a timely manner
•Update rate structures on the systems accurately
•Maintain & update customer records such on systems to obtain clear and accurate monthly reports.
•Responding customer queries promptly and keep close follow up and ensure to provide solutions to customers in consultation with Customer Service and/or operations team.
•Ensure customer rate requests are promptly responded, closely follow up with customers and secure new business opportunities effectively.
•GCE O/L with Passes for Math & English
•Industry related professional qualifications/Diploma/Degree or equivalent
•1-2 years’ experience in sales/sales support functions
•Good Oral/written communication in English and interpersonal skills
•Fair knowledge in Microsoft packages
