Manage existing customer base, by connecting through regular sales calls as required.
Provide rates proposals for corporate customers with required supporting documents.
Update rate structures on the systems accurately
Maintain & update customer records such on systems to obtain clear and accurate monthly reports.
Responding customer queries promptly and keep close follow up and ensure to provide solutions to customers in consultation with Customer Service and/or operations team.
Candidate Profile:
GCE O/L with Passes for Math & English
Industry related professional qualifications/Diploma/Degree or equivalent
1-2 years’ experience in sales/sales support functions
Good Oral/written communication in English and interpersonal skills
