Job Role

Coordination flight turn-around of airlines managed by Total Transport Solutions Maldives Pvt Ltd at Velana International Airport while ensuring all safety, security and access control related processes are adhered as per the Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs)
Coordination with Ground Handling Agent (GHA) on operational matters, attend all GHA meetings with relation to Turn-Around Cordination (TRC) and airport operations.
Handling Airline Ticketing & Reservations
Sending reports requested by Airlines & principals, self-audits and feedbacks required from Male’ (MLE) station are in a timely manner
Ensure all GHA related functions auditing, monitoring and reporting are supervised in a timely maner
Ensure full compliance to all operations related quieries, reservations, operational requirement are met

Requirements

Secondary School Education, Ordinary Level including mathematics & English.
Minimum one-year equivalent combined experience in Airline industry/Ticketing & Reservation and Airport operation will be an added advantage
Interpersonal skills, computer literacy, good verbal & written communication skills in English & Dhivehi.
Willing to work flexible hours according to the standard flight timings at the Airport and punctuality
