Job Role

Ensure full compliance of all Airline related activities to a level as expected by all regulatory (local & international), statutory, principal requirements and policies.
Contribute to develop marketing strategies and selling techniques to all air cargo products (CSA’s) to enable to meet the monthly tonnage and revenue target of the products and TTS Group.
To do sales with coordination with the Airline team to increase and maximize the tonnage carried per flight.
Ensure all safety, security and access control related processes are adhered as per the SOPs of Airlines and failures are reported to HOD and respective manager of the airline for further review and action.
Ensure all reports requested by Airlines & principals, self-audits and feedbacks required from MLE station are sent on a timely manner and are completed in full and up to date.
Ensure all GHA related functions requiring auditing, monitoring and reporting are supervised in a timely manner and followed up with management when required and needed.
Ensure all customer bookings are managed in timely manner with advance booking as guided by Airline/ HDQ and space is secured for shipments regular outbound shipments liaise with HDQ/Space Controlling teams for any escalations and onward confirmations.

Requirements

Secondary level education (O/Level) with 5 passes or higher.
Minimum 02 years of Experience in Air Cargo Industry either with a GHA or a leading airline with Cargo reservation, acceptance and loading experience.
IATA/Leading Airline - Basic Air Cargo and Rating
Should be a person with good persuasive skills, communication skills and ability to work within time limits/quick deadlines.
Computer literacy to manage basic office applications
Knowledge/training in Dangerous Goods Handling, Live Animal Handlings and Aircraft Weight will be added advantage
