1. Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages in line with Meraki’s standards.

2. Deepen and share coffee knowledge, attending monthly training sessions.

3. Promote and sell coffee beans, signature drinks, and facilitate tasting sessions.

4. Deliver outstanding customer service, treating all patrons equally.

5. Attend coffee-related events representing Meraki as required.

6. Maintain cafe cleanliness and collaborate effectively with the team.

7. Drink lots and lots of coffee.
