Position Title: Physiotherapist (local or expatriate)

Work Location: Oasis Health Care

Reports To: Clinic Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physiotherapist to join our multidisciplinary healthcare team. The

Physiotherapist will play a vital role in delivering personalized rehabilitation services to a diverse patient population,

helping individuals recover, improve mobility, and enhance their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ physical conditions and develop individualized

treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based physiotherapy interventions to aid recovery, improve mobility, and prevent

disability.

• Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.

• Educate patients and their families on exercises, postural techniques, and injury prevention strategies.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including speech therapists, occupational therapists,

mental health specialists, and physicians, to ensure integrated patient care.

• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient assessments, treatment plans, and progress

notes.

• Stay updated on the latest physiotherapy techniques, tools, and research.

• Promote the clinic’s services within the community and participate in health awareness initiatives.

• Adhere to all safety and ethical standards, ensuring patient confidentiality and professional conduct.

 

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy or related discipline from an accredited institution.

• Having valid license or registration to practice will be an advantage.

• Proven experience in rehabilitation settings preferred.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

• Compassionate, patient-focused, and detail-oriented is preferred.

• Proficiency in using modern physiotherapy equipment and technology.
