We are looking for a HR Executive to join our Human Resources team and support various HR functions, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with employment regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the HR Manager in recruitment, training, career development, compensation, employee relations, industrial relations, and compliance including payroll process. 
  • Liaise with government organizations and staff performance teams on policy matters, health, and safety.
  • Manage recruitment processes, including job descriptions, job postings, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
  • Handle staff grievances, complaints, and disciplinary procedures.
  • Plan and deliver training, including induction programs for new employees.
  • Oversee foreign staff documentation, including work permits, visa applications, insurance, and visa renewals.
  • Prepare and process employment approvals (EA), deposits, and visa payments.
  • Handle cancellation of work permits, labor and immigration formalities, and deposit refunds.
  • Monitor and update quota availability and cancellations.
  • Arrange medical checkups, and health insurance for new employees.
  • Issue staff performance appraisals for probation confirmations and annual review.
  • Maintain an efficient documentation and filing system for HR and administrative records.
  • Provide administrative support and undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by the HR Manager.

Requirements

✔️ Bachelor's degree or diploma in Human Resource Management or a related field.
✔️ Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR.
✔️ Knowledge of Maldivian labor laws and regulations is an advantage.
✔️ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
✔️ Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
✔️ Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Fusion HR Software is an advantage. 
✔️ Experience in handling foreign worker documentation and visa processes is preferred.
✔️ Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving.
