Key Requirement

• Must have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the field (especially in private sector).
• Has strong knowledge and background in recruitment, payroll & HR fusion, Industrial Relations and Maldivian Employment Act and Employee Engagement.
• Must have an excellent command of spoken and written English.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Approachable personality who can coach and mentor people.
• Ability to work in a team and contribute to organizational goals.

Responsibilities:

• Administration of all personnel functions within the framework of the established policies and procedures of the Company and within the established laws of republic of Maldives.
