Must have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the field (especially in private sector).
Has strong knowledge and background in recruitment, payroll & HR fusion, Industrial Relations and Maldivian Employment Act and Employee Engagement.
Must have an excellent command of spoken and written English.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Approachable personality who can coach and mentor people.
Ability to work in a team and contribute to organizational goals.
Responsibilities:
