LEADING DIVE AND WATER SPORTS OPERATOR IN UPMARKET RESORTS IN THE MALDIVES, CURRENTLY MANAGING 13 CENTERS. AND OUR SUBSIDARIES INCLUDE EVO HOME, EVO FLOORING, EVO SOLUTIONS AND SEA GEAR.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR TEAM MEMBERS TO JOIN OUR SUBSIDARY EVO HOME. CANDIDATES MUST BE HIGHLY MOTIVATED, ENERGETIC AND SELF-DISCIPLINED.

JOB OPPORTUNITY

HR & Admin Officer

-Proven experience as an HR Officer, HR Assistant, or in a similar HR and administrative role.

-Solid understanding of HR processes, labor laws, and best practices.

-Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with employees at all levels.

-Proficiency in using MS Office applications. -Detail-oriented and capable of maintaining accurate records and documentation.

-Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and integrity.

-Proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to identify and address HR and administrative challenges.

-Familiarity with office management and administrative procedures.

-Knowledge of relevant software tools and applications used in HR and administration.

 

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Remuneration Package: MVR 12,000 - 15,000
