Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and guests.

  • Perform front desk duties such as check-ins, check-outs, and reservations.

  • Maintain accurate records and ensure all guest information is properly documented.

  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

  • Uphold company standards in all areas of service and presentation.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Minimum O’ Level qualification.

  • At least 1 years of relevant work experience in a similar role (preferably in hospitality or customer service).

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.

  • Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn.

  • Basic computer literacy and knowledge of front office systems is an advantage.
