Key Responsibilities:

Minimum Requirements:
Minimum O’ Level qualification.
At least 1 years of relevant work experience in a similar role (preferably in hospitality or customer service).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn.
Basic computer literacy and knowledge of front office systems is an advantage.
