The Rentall Company is a trusted rental service provider offering a wide range of tools and equipment for home users and the construction industry. Our inventory includes motorcycles, BBQ grills, props, concrete mixers, ladders, drills, demolition hammers, and more.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a Full-Time Front Desk Officer / Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate is friendly, reliable, and capable of handling customers from diverse backgrounds in a professional and calm manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fill out leasing forms using the computer system
• Prepare letters and other documents as required
• Handle cash and process payments accurately
• Call customers to remind them of due dates and verify contact information
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

Requirements:

• Female candidates only
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to stay calm and polite under pressure
• Honest, punctual, and well-organized

Working Hours:

• Full-time position
• Daily working hours: 8 hours (exact shift will be discussed during the interview)

Salary:

• Based on qualifications and experience
