Job Title: Financial Controller

Starting Salary: USD $1500

Location: Cristallo Private Limited (Main Office)

Role Overview: As the Financial Controller at Cristallo, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial landscape of a dynamic and multifaceted organization. Your expertise will drive strategic decision-making and ensure the financial health of the company across all branches.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough financial analysis and forecasting on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Interpret financial reports and provide actionable insights to the management team.
  • Offer strategic advice on investment activities and financial strategies.
  • Strengthen internal controls and identify areas for enhancement.
  • Analyze costs, pricing strategies, and sales performance against business plans.
  • Oversee the operations of the financial department, setting and meeting critical objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Proven experience in financial leadership roles, preferably within diverse industries.
  • Strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of financial principles.
  • Excellent knowledge of accounting software and financial systems.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in strategic financial planning and analysis.
  • Prior experience in overseeing financial operations and managing a team.
  • Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and compliance standards.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.
