Job Description

Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Field Sales & Distribution Respresentativeto join our sales and distribution team. The ideal candidate will not only handle product deliveries but also serve as a frontline sales representative, ensuring strong customer relationships, accurate order-taking, and effective execution of trade marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Engagement

Visit assigned customers (retailers, wholesalers) as per route plan.
Actively promote products, upsell, and achieve sales targets.
Take accurate customer orders and ensure timely processing.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.

POSM (Point of Sales Materials) Management

Ensure correct placement, visibility, and arrangement of POSM at outlets.
Monitor and maintain merchandising standards as per company guidelines.
Report on competitor POSM presence and market activities.

Delivery & Logistics

Safely transport goods and deliver them to customers in a timely manner.
Verify deliveries against invoices and collect payments where required.
Handle products with care to minimize damage and ensure accurate inventory control.

Reporting & Compliance

Submit daily sales reports, delivery records, and market feedback.
Report any customer complaints, stock issues, or operational challenges to the supervisor.
Adhere to company policies, health & safety standards, and traffic regulations
