We are hiring for the position of EXECUTIVE SECRETARY & ADMINISTRATION LEAD at Maldives Premier Bank (MPB) in Malé, Maldives. This full-time role is open to Maldivian candidates.
Position Overview:
The Executive Secretary & Administration Lead provides high-level executive and governance support to the CEO while overseeing the Bank’s administrative and office operations.
The role ensures effective coordination of leadership activities, strong documentation discipline, smooth office operations, and professional communication standards consistent with expectations of a regulated financial institution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide confidential executive support to the CEO, including calendar and meeting management
• Coordinate Board, committee, and management meetings, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and action tracking
• Draft professional correspondence, memos, and official documentation
• Maintain structured records of Board papers, policies, contracts, and key corporate documents
• Oversee day-to-day office administration, vendor coordination, and facilities management
• Manage travel arrangements and onboarding logistics for staff
• Ensure secure handling of sensitive documents and governance records
• Support audit, legal, and regulatory documentation requirements
Candidate Profile:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
• 4–8 years’ experience in executive secretarial or senior administrative roles
• Experience supporting senior executives or Board-level stakeholders preferred
• Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills
• High integrity and discretion in handling confidential information
