Job Description

Job Profile and Responsibilities:

Support the efficient operation of the Bank by completing assigned tasks within required timelines.
Assist in implementing and maintaining the Bank’s AML/CFT Compliance Program.
Monitor daily operational and market risk events, report incidents, and flag any limit breaches.
Ensure adherence to the Bank’s systems, procedures, and service standards.
Provide administrative and strategic support to the department and management.
Carry out any other duties assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements:

GCE O-Level: Minimum 5 credits
GCE A-Level or equivalent: Minimum 2 credits
Prior experience or degree in Banking or related field will be an added advantage
Self-motivated, versatile, and results-focused
Strong planning, organizing, and multitasking abilities
Proactive with leadership qualities, excelling in independent initiatives
Be a team player and have strong interpersonal skills

Remunerations:

Monthly salary: MVR 14,000
