Job Profile and Responsibilities:
- Support the efficient operation of the Bank by completing assigned tasks within required timelines.
- Assist in implementing and maintaining the Bank’s AML/CFT Compliance Program.
- Monitor daily operational and market risk events, report incidents, and flag any limit breaches.
- Ensure adherence to the Bank’s systems, procedures, and service standards.
- Provide administrative and strategic support to the department and management.
- Carry out any other duties assigned.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- GCE O-Level: Minimum 5 credits
- GCE A-Level or equivalent: Minimum 2 credits
- Prior experience or degree in Banking or related field will be an added advantage
- Self-motivated, versatile, and results-focused
- Strong planning, organizing, and multitasking abilities
- Proactive with leadership qualities, excelling in independent initiatives
- Be a team player and have strong interpersonal skills
Remunerations:
- Monthly salary: MVR 14,000
- Other fringe benefits
