JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Developing and driving marketing strategies and selling techniques for all air cargo products (CSA’s) to enable to meet the monthly tonnage and revenue targets under TTS Group.
• Coming up with strategies to overcome sales and operational difficulties within the team by addressing it and suggesting solutions in timely manner.
• Building network with partner airlines (non-GSA/CSA) and establishing connections to recognize and capitalize on new selling opportunities
• Ensure full compliance to Cargo related queries, reservations, operational requirements are met on daily basis ensuring smooth handling of All Airlines managed by TTS group
• Ensure all reports requested by Airlines & principals, self-audits and feedbacks required from MLE station are sent on a timely manner and are completed in full and up to date.
• Ensure payments are collected for all sales of shipment before it’s departure when there is no credit agreement and ensure there is no abuse to the credit policy of the group by customers
• Ensure full compliance to all Airline related activities to a level as expected by all regulatory (local & international), statutory, principal requirements and policies.

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE/ EXPERIENCE / TRAINING / QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED FOR POSITION

• Secondary level education (O/Level) with 5 passes or
• Minimum 03 years of Experience in Air Cargo Industry either with a GHA or a leading airline.
• Excellent persuasive skills and communication skills in both English and Dhivehi
• Computer literacy to manage basic office applications
• Attended and completed trainings such as IATA/Leading Airline - Basic Air Cargo and Rating, ATA/Leading Airlines – Perishable Cargo Handling, Dangerous Goods Handling and Live Animal Handling
• Ability to work within time limits and quick deadlines
