We are looking for candidates with accounting and finance background, as well as excellent interpersonal skills for an ERP Support Officer position. The ERP Support Officers will be responsible for; troubleshooting ERP software-related issues; provide timely customer feedback; record and track all issues raised by the clients; provide post-implementation support to the clients procuring the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system implementation services from Pinetworks.

Moreover, ERP Support Officers are required to communicate with customers directly, as well as create written documentation regarding ERP Systems, requiring excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Provide functional and technical support to the clients on ERP System
  • System testing and on-site support services on ERP related issues
  • Provide basic training where required and update training documentation or materials
  • Interact with end-users with respect to their specific day-to-day problems, execute corrective action when necessary
  • Monitor and manage support services platform and escalate issues to an appropriate level when needed and ensure the problem is resolved
  • Keep track of all incidents and produce reports on a defined basis
  • Prioritise and manage numerous open cases simultaneously
  • Rapidly establish a good working relationship with customers

Requirements

  • Diploma / Degree in Accountancy or experience in any accounting software (i.e. Business Central, Sage, SAP, Quickbooks, Xero, etc) will be an added advantage
  • Experience in the related field will be an added advantage for this position and accounting knowledge is preferred
  • Good communication skill, have a natural disposition towards providing excellent customer service and independent in taking ownership of solving issues
  • Strong aptitude for learning new technologies, and willingness to learn
  • IT Savvy
  • Excellent team player and able to work in multitasking environment
  • Proficient in written and spoken English
