Job Overview

HASH is seeking an Odoo ERP Consultant to join our team in Male, Maldives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing Odoo ERP solutions for our customers. This role requires a combination of functional expertise and a solid understanding of business processes.

Key Responsibilities

Implement Odoo ERP solutions for clients based on their business requirements.
Conduct business analysis to understand customer workflows and recommend Odoo modules.
Configure Odoo modules to meet client needs.
Provide training and support to customers on Odoo usage.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Odoo.
Work closely with project managers, developers, and clients to ensure smooth delivery.
Stay up to date with Odoo updates, best practices, and new features.

Requirements

Proven experience in Odoo ERP implementation and setup. 
Basic programming skills in Python and HTML is a plus. 
Understanding of business processes (Accounting, Inventory, HR, CRM, Sales, etc.). 
Ability to analyze customer needs and propose efficient ERP solutions. 
Strong communication and problem-solving skills. 
Experience working in an ERP consulting or IT services environment is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Finance or Business Administration. 
2 Years of experience with Odoo or any other ERP is preferred.

Working Hours

Sunday to Thursday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Friday: Off
