Key Responsibilities

Maintain electrical systems and installations in accordance with project requirements and applicable standards.
Prepare electrical drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
Oversee electrical construction works to ensure quality, safety, and timely completion.
Inspect and test electrical systems, equipment, and components to ensure proper functionality and compliance with regulations.
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and other departments to ensure smooth project execution.
Troubleshoot electrical issues and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime.
Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for electrical systems and equipment.
Monitor project progress, material requirements, and electrical costs to ensure efficient utilization of resources.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and statutory requirements.
Prepare reports and provide technical recommendations to Management.
Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience in construction, infrastructure, or industrial projects.
Knowledge of electrical systems, power distribution, generators, control panels, and related equipment.
Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and technical specifications.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications; experience with electrical design software will be an added advantage.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
