At Redlines Shipping and Logistics, we are committed to delivering efficient, reliable, and professional shipping solutions across the Maldives, Sri Lanka, and Bangkok. We specialize in air and sea clearance, automobile clearance, cargo forwarding, express delivery, and door-to-door.

We are currently seeking a Documentation Executive to join our Maldives operations team. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and experienced in handling import and export documentation, ensuring smooth and compliant logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and process all import and export shipping documents including Bill of Lading, Manifeist,Release of Delivery Orders
Coordinate closely with Maldives Customs, port authorities, shipping lines, airlines, and relevant government agencies for smooth cargo clearance.
Verify shipment details and ensure all documents are accurate and compliant with both client instructions and regulatory standards.
Maintain proper documentation records and filing systems for all shipments handled.
Liaise with clients, overseas agents, and internal departments for document exchange and timely updates on shipment status.
Support the operations and finance teams by preparing necessary documents for billing, clearance, and cargo release.
Ensure all procedures adhere to Maldivian customs regulations and international shipping standards.

Skills and Qualifications:

1–3 years of experience in documentation within a shipping or freight forwarding company in the Maldives.
Strong understanding of Maldives Customs procedures, incoterms, and export/import clearance processes.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and logistics management software.
Excellent communication skills in English & Dhivehi
High attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field will be an added advantage
