MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Greet passengers and verify their travel documents.
• Process check-in procedures, including issuing boarding passes and baggage tags.
• Assist passengers with any inquiries or problems related to their bookings.
• Guide passengers to the appropriate bus for transportation to the seaplane terminal.
• Meet passengers at the seaplane terminal and provide guidance on lounge facilities and boarding procedures.
• Escort passengers from the lounge to the boarding gate and ensure they have all necessary information and documentation.
• Assist passengers with boarding the aircraft when boarding clearance is given.
• Provide excellent customer service at all times, ensuring passenger satisfaction.
• Resolve passenger complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain a positive and friendly demeanor.
• Adhere to strict timeframes for check-in and boarding procedures.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth operations and on-time departures.
• Follow all safety regulations and procedures.
