Position Overview: We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented candidate to join our team. As a customer service Assistant, you will support daily customer service operations by assisting customers with inquiries, handling phone calls, and ensuring accurate processing of data.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries through various communication channels in a professional manner
- Process and prepare documents in accordance with established procedures
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Perform data entry and ensure information is updated with a high level of accuracy
- Support the team with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks
Qualifications:
- Minimum O-Level / A-Level
- Minimum 1 year experience in Customer Service or related professions
- Must have the ability to multi-task.
- Must be highly self-motivated.
- Prior Insurance Experience will be an added advantage but the opportunity is not limiting others to delve into this opening.
