Monitor and manage day-to-day flight movements using operational software.
Coordinate all pre-arrival and post-departure arrangements including slots, parking, fueling, permits, CIQ, and other ground handling services.
Liaise with clients, flight dispatchers, and crew to confirm service requirements and provide timely updates.
Prepare and dispatch handling requests to relevant airport authorities and service providers.
Ensure accurate and timely documentation and communication for each operation.
Maintain close coordination with all departments to ensure service delivery is aligned with client expectations.
Handle time-sensitive operational changes and emergencies, escalating when required.
Assist the OCC Manager in shift briefings, reports, and quality control.
Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
Ability to multitask in a high-pressure, time-sensitive environment.
