We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer that can help manage the technology development operations of the company. A candidate must be proactive, organised, well communicated, and have strong leadership qualities to help our development team realise their full potential. Key Responsibilities:
● Planning, executing, and managing the development process from idea conception to deployment
● Maintaining an understanding of the latest Web applications and programming practices
● Evaluating code to ensure it meets industry standards, is valid, is properly structured, and is compatible with browsers, devices, or operating systems.
● Determining user needs by analyzing technical requirements
● Supporting, maintaining, and updating the code
● Generating and provision of user-related data to the management
● Ensuring that technological resources meet the company's short and long-term needs.
● Outline the goals for research and development.
● Creating timelines for the development and deployment of all technological services.
● Making executive decisions on behalf of the company's technological requirements.
● Acting as a mentor to team members.
● Maintaining a consumer-focused outlook and aiding in the delivery of IT projects to market.
● Managing technology budgets and time frames.
● Staying on top of technology trends and developments.
● Ensuring all technology practices adhere to regulatory standards.

Skills & Qualifications:
● Proficiency in fundamental front-end and back-end Web Development languages and concepts
● Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP
● Ability to convey technical knowledge to non-techies
● Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
● Able to solve complex problems.
● Ability to work independently and within the team
● Willing to learn and acquire new skills and knowledge in relevant fields

Remuneration & Benefits:
● MVR 22,000 to MVR 25,000 based on qualifications and experience.
