Responsibilities:

  • Provide courteous and efficient customer service, ensuring a positive dining experience for all guests.

  • Accurately take and process food and beverage orders and coordinate with the kitchen to ensure timely service.

  • Manage the cash register, process payments, and maintain accuracy in billing and cash handling procedures.

  • Perform daily cash reconciliation and ensure all transactions are recorded correctly.

  • Prepare, organize, and maintain dining areas, including table setup and cleanliness, in accordance with company standards.

  • Communicate effectively with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operational flow.

  • Address customer inquiries and resolve concerns in a professional and timely manner.

  • Uphold all company policies, hygiene regulations, and safety standards.

  • Assist with general operational tasks as needed to support efficient restaurant service.

Requirements 
• GCE O' Level
• 1 Year Experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Experience in POS software.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

You will be stationed in a souvenir shop within the resort.
