Responsibilities:
Provide courteous and efficient customer service, ensuring a positive dining experience for all guests.
Accurately take and process food and beverage orders and coordinate with the kitchen to ensure timely service.
Manage the cash register, process payments, and maintain accuracy in billing and cash handling procedures.
Perform daily cash reconciliation and ensure all transactions are recorded correctly.
Prepare, organize, and maintain dining areas, including table setup and cleanliness, in accordance with company standards.
Communicate effectively with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operational flow.
Address customer inquiries and resolve concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Uphold all company policies, hygiene regulations, and safety standards.
Assist with general operational tasks as needed to support efficient restaurant service.
Requirements
• GCE O' Level
• 1 Year Experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Experience in POS software.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
You will be stationed in a souvenir shop within the resort.
