Job Description

■ GCE O' Level / 2+ Years Experience
■ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
■ Experience in POS softwares.
■ Strong attention to detail and accuracy
■ Fluent in BOTH written and spoken English
■ Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Roles & Responsibilities

■ Greet customers entering establishments. Maintain a clean and orderly counter area
■ Count money in cash drawers at the beginning of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct and that there is adequate change.
■ Answering phone and taking orders courteously, resolve customer complaints.
■ Compute and record totals of transactions and sort, count, and wrap currency and coins.
■ Receive payment by cash, check, credit cards, vouchers, or automatic debits and issue receipts, or changes due to customers.
■ Establishing a sound relationships with loyal customers
■ Making sure our orders is ready on time and facilitating the delivery to deliver the orders on time
■ Responsible for completing the entry sheets and presenting them along with cash at the end of the night
