Job Description

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with corporate and B2B customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for assigned brands.
  • Visit customers, understand their requirements, and provide suitable product solutions.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations when required.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and support sales negotiations.
  • Promote assigned brands through customer engagement and marketing activities.
  • Keep updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and follow-up.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, sales reports, and sales forecasts.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.

 

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

 

  • Achievement of sales revenue and profit targets.
  • Growth of new customer accounts.
  • Customer retention and relationship development.
  • Number of customer visits and sales activities completed.
  • Quotation success and conversion rate.
  • Growth and management of sales pipeline.
  • Accuracy of CRM updates and sales reporting.

 

Qualifications

 

  • Previous experience in B2B sales or account management is preferred.
  • Knowledge of sales techniques, marketing, and customer engagement.
  • Experience in IT, security, networking, CCTV, or electronics industries will be an advantage.
