Job Description

Audit Manager

Work site: Head Office (Male’)
No. of Positions: 01
Required Qualification: Fully qualified member of ACCA (should have completed Advance Audit & Assurance) with two to three years experience in external audit/accounting/finance in private or public sector.

Main Responsibilities

• Managing and leading external audit engagements undertaken by the firm, including all aspects of financial statement preparation, internal staffing of engagements, project scheduling and budgeting, planning of the engagement and related administrative functions.
• Developing and maintaining key relationships with clients and identifying new opportunities at new and existing clients
• Supervising and managing teams on engagements, including setting
• Performance expectations, providing feedback, guidance, and motivation to staff, and managing budgets, engagement status and progress (to client and engagement leadership)
• Performing or reviewing the work of others in all phases of the engagements, including proposals, planning, fieldwork, working papers to support conclusions, discussing findings and observations with management
• Providing other value-added recommendations both to our clients and to help improve the firm
• Supporting and/or leading internal initiatives related to people engagement, strategy, and innovation.

Salary and Benefits

• Take Home Pay MVR 25,000.00 to 30,000.00
