ASSOCIATE - COLLECTION (2) / CREDIT & COLLECTION

Job Scope
To improve financial performance, minimize the maximum number of accounts moved to NPF during the financial year, reduce the NPF ratio, closely monitor and assist colleagues with daily recovery challenges, and provide updated overdue reports for effective recovery management.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist the Head of Department, in monitoring and recovering financed facilities and to reduce volume of Non-Performing Assets (NPA)
- Coordinates with branches to regularly review overdue accounts in the designated portfolio and initiate plans/strategies.
- Close supervision on default accounts, maintaining call records and history of the issues.
- Making sure of issuance of reminder letters to customer and guarantors informing to settle the overdue payments immediately and to make payments as per letter offer.
- Coordinate with Bank’s legal team and provide necessary documents to undertake further legal action, when required.
- Work closely with other departments in reducing and controlling issues of financing facilities to improve recovery process.
- Prepare daily overdue reports and NPA report accordance with instruction outlines.
- To undertake any other task assigned by the Head of Collections
Requirements
- Diploma in related field OR,
- Minimum 02 Passes in A ‘Level OR,
- Minimum 03 Passes in O’ Level with 01 year of work experience
- Proficiency in MS office suite of applications
- Fluency in Oral and written Communications
- Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively.
- Good team builder and player with excellent organizational and relationship skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
