Job Description

Crowe Maldives LLP is hiring two (2) Associates, Audit to join our growing team to support audit engagements across a diverse client portfolio. The role involves assisting in the execution of audit assignments, conducting audit procedures in accordance with firm methodology, documenting audit findings, and supporting the preparation and completion of audit reports. Audit Associates will work closely with senior team members and managers to ensure quality, accuracy, and timely delivery of audit engagements.

Key Resoonsibilities

• Assist in planning client audit engagements
• Conduct audit procedures according to the audit plan
• Document audit findings as per the firm audit methodology
• Assist in completing audit reports

Qualifications

• Completed GCE Advanced Level or Diploma in Accounting & Finance
• Strong willingness to learn and continuously improve, with a growth mindset
• Ability to quickly grasp new concepts, adapt to challenges, and apply learning in practice
• Open-minded and receptive to feedback, with the ability to apply guidance effectively
• Collaborative mindset with good interpersonal communication skills
• Foundational analytical and problem-solving aptitude
• Demonstrated capability to work under guidance and meet established deadlines
• Basic proficiency in both English and Dhivehi, with effective written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications

Additional Information

• Salary: MVR 10,000 - MVR 12,000 
• Working Hours: 08:00 – 15:30 (Sunday to Thursday)
