We are looking for a personable and professional individual to join our team as an Assistant Officer at our Front Office for Night Shift. In this role, you will be the face of our organization, welcoming customers, addressing inquiries, and providing exceptional support to ensure a positive experience. The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. Join us and play a vital role in creating a welcoming and efficient front-office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Resolve customer complaints by identifying the problem, explaining the solution, and following up to ensure resolution.
• Maintain a record of customer interactions and transactions in the system.
• Assist customers with account setup, ride bookings, and issue resolution.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective assistance.
• Work collaboratively with team members to manage workload during the night shift.
• Should be willing and able to come for Night Shift at any day.

Qualifications:

• A’level or equivalent.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
• Ability to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask.
