Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer complaints by identifying the problem, explaining the solution, and following up to ensure resolution.
- Maintain a record of customer interactions and transactions in the system.
- Assist customers with account setup, ride bookings, and issue resolution.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective assistance.
- Work collaboratively with team members to manage workload during the night shift.
- Should be willing and able to come for Night Shift at any day.
Qualifications:
- A’level or equivalent.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
- Ability to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask.
