Responsible for monitoring and supervising all the Atoll branches of Euro Marketing Pvt. Ltd.
Responsible for follow ups and ensuring all the required reports are updated, recorded and sent to proper authorities on time from the Branch operations.
Responsible for ensuring daily tasks/responsibilities of Atoll branches are completed on time, for example shop opening and closing on time & banking. Failure by branch employees to follow standards must be brought up to the management.
Responsible to supervise and monitor store housekeeping, store administrative duties, physical inventories at branches, especially Hulhumale. Regular visits to Hulhumale is necessary and plan visits to other branches upon management decision.
Ensuring excellent customer service is provided at Atoll branches and resolve customer problems or complaints by determining optimal solutions.
Ensure employee awareness of safety and emergency procedures when a procedure comes to effect.
Execute and monitor loss prevention programs.
Develop and implement performance improvement plans for the employees reporting to you. Encourage employees to take ownership for their performance development plans; follow up on a regular basis.
Keep regular contact with branch operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. Assist to ensure Branch operations are kept in line with Health and Safety regulations whenever necessary.
Carry out environmentally friendly initiatives, like conserving energy, minimizing paper and plastic wastage at Atoll/Branch operations
Maintain, encourage and possess a positive attitude.
