Architectural Technician

We seek an enthusiastic person to join our technical team as a Architectural Technician. You must have a clear understanding of building construction and detailing drawings. You must have hands on experience in drafting and detailing of architectural drawings, civil, structural, mechanical and electrical drawings. The main software that your drafting expertise is required will be AutoCAD

Requirement

Bachelors Degree in Architecture, 3 years of work experience.
Maldivians only

Responsibilities

To work closely with the technical staff in efficiently preparing drawings
Preparation of project drawings, detailing, and documenting
Site visits, to building project sites and reporting

Skill

Excellent communication skill, written and oral
Excellence in understanding building detailing
Willingness to work long hours, under time and budget pressure
Proficiency with AutoCAD and related design software such as Sketchup, Revit, etc
